Here’s how it works in just a few steps:
- Enter the reason for the return
- Define name of the reason for return (e.g. transport damage)
- Enter parent node (e.g. article damaged/broken)
- Save data
Afterwards you can produce the respective message including the reason for the return within an order under the tab “Returns”.
In order to minimise or avoid returns in the future, you need to analyse your reasons for returns regularly. In the navigation -> Statistics -> Returns reasons for returns can be determined for a certain time and sales channel. With the help of this returns evaluation you can develop and implement the respective measures for reducing the returns.
