So that you as a retailer can sell your articles through sales platforms we at Tradebyte have developed efficient interfaces to sales channels which have a lot of reach. With our web-based software solution TB.One you can conduct the efficient management of online channels.

The core of our software is a so-called PIM module, which helps you to optimise the acquired or imported data for sales on sales platforms.

Have you decided to connect to a platform and would like to use our standardised solution? Then find out here how a successful integration is carried out with us:

  • During the whole integration and realisation phase you are supported by our integration department. The integration team is already there for you during the presales process for all questions and extensively presents the functions of our software to you and offers demo training as needed
  • At the beginning of an integration we define the process of product data maintenance, as well as the planned future data exchange process around the TB.One system together with you. Concerning the channel-specific data enhancement, of course we advise you about specifications and features of the platforms.
  • During the introduction training we show you the simple handling of our software. Furthermore, you receive orders training, where the order handling process is defined together with you.
  • If the product data quality on the side of the sales channel is evaluated positively and the order handling process is secured from your side, we set up all automatic systems in data transfer at the end of an integration phase and the products go live. Our integration work is done and your “Customer file” is passed on to our support department, which immediately takes over the support and consultation in live operation.

Our “integrators” are responsible for support and process supervision during the integration phase and are energetically supported by our key account management.

The number of our new integrations is growing rapidly at the current time. Therefore, we will reinforce our integration team in the following month.
